Director of Construction Management and Pre-Construction Services
Damon Beasley is the Director of Construction Management Services, and oversees Pre-Construction portfolios at jhme Real Estate Advisors. Damon is a construction management professional with 15+ years of diverse experience within the development and construction arenas, while representing Institutional Capital, Private Equity and Capital Side investment strategies. . He is a trusted advisor to industry leaders for projects from early concept levels throughout the design process. Damon has represented clients in over $250 billion of development, renovation, recapitalization, and construction capitalization strategies.
His expertise in concept estimates, bids and design build projects, balances in a pristine nature with the development of the jhme and Kinsman Capital auditing and peer review platforms which provide Construction Underwriting services at the Sponsor and Fund Levels, thus fostering the mitigation of risk(s) across all physical and quantitative assumptions for our client’s real assets.
His responsibilities include the management of all office and field staff, cost control/analysis, estimating, schedule development, and project logistics. He is also responsible for coordinating the work of Master Service Agreements and Owner’s Representation services, thus ensuring that the client’s expectations are over-delivered.
Damon’s business management acumen and dynamic leadership, parlayed with his operational foresight have allowed Damon to successfully execute across multiple channels and he has a plethora of experience in all asset classes.
Prior to joining jhme, Damon was with Nabhollz Construction for 12-years where he provided leadership in consulting and construction management projects. His background entailed leading preconstruction meetings with Owners and Architects – monitoring document design and development, establishing goals and milestones for document packages and generally monitoring project development to ensure procurement and execution are congruent with budget and on schedule(s). Damon’s influence was key in developing multiple budgeting and safety operating procedures that have been Nationally recognized.
Damon spent several years serving in the United States Army focused initially on reconnaissance, which was followed by a series of promotions and deployments in leadership roles within the Stabilization Force in Bosnia. His successful completion of Primary Leadership Course(s), and the training of Scout Squads abroad earned Damon numerous accolades.
Damon received his Bachelors of Science in Construction Management at The University of Louisiana at Monroe. Damon resides in Tulsa, OK with his wife and two (2) children.
