Mike Perkins

Mike is the Managing Partner of jhme Real Estate Advisors. He responsible for focusing on financial performance of jhme and related entities. He has vast experience in the underwriting and capitalization of new developments, acquisitions, and other business ventures. His areas of expertise include leading teams, working with customers, financial analysis, capital budgeting, real estate analysis and evaluation, business planning and project management.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of North Texas. 

Mike is married with four children and actively involved at Prestonwood Church.
