Shane Willows is a Project Manager of Construction Management Services and Pre-Construction Services at jhme Real Estate Advisors. Shane brings 10+ years of dynamic construction and logistics operations experience, while representing the Public Sector and Private Equity. Shane manages a portfolio of projects across 6 states in excess of $450 million of development, recapitalization, renovation, and construction capitalization strategies.

Prior to joining jhme, Shane was with American Legend Homes, an asset of Bright Equity, for 5 years. His background entailed leading construction management of hundreds of custom homes, pre-construction & design meetings with customers, monitoring and adjusting project budgets, and managing vendor quality and performance.

Shane also spent several years serving in the United States Army supporting mission critical operations while actively deployed in Afghanistan. He was also responsible for managing the operational functionality of equipment, valued in excess of $100 million, to be capable of deploying globally in 96 hours. Shane later returned to Afghanistan to lead a team of advisors responsible for training the Afghan National Army to proficiently operate as US troop presence declined.

Shane’s management acumen and military background combined with his construction experience and conceptual ability to see the “big picture” have allowed Shane to thrive in consulting all asset classes. Shane received his degree from Texas A&M University in College Station and resides in Prosper, TX with his wife and children.
